Rooted in one of Ethiopia’s most impoverished communities, we dedicate ourselves to supporting children and young people. Our mission is simple: enable them to thrive within their families by providing essential needs like food, winter heating, and household supplies.
Every child in our program receives complete support for their education, from shoes and backpacks to nutritious lunches. But our commitment goes beyond material aid. We conduct monthly check-ins at home and school, ensuring each child is flourishing academically, socially, and emotionally.
Our impact extends into the wider community. We partner with the local school, providing resources and hosting enriching learning sessions for both students and families. Throughout the pandemic, we’ve adapted to evolving needs, prioritizing health resources and continued learning opportunities.
As a completely volunteer-run organization, we have no paid staff and minimal administrative costs. This ensures that donations directly benefit the children and their community. We work exclusively through local partners who guide our approach and determine the most effective ways to empower girls and support their caregivers.
